For nominated ensembles
Festival Rosters helps organize registration for honor ensembles in which students are nominated by their directors. Custom versions of this system are currently in use by two universities and one state bandmaster association for their nominated honor bands at the high school and middle school levels.

Future Plans
The overall concept of the Festival Rosters system is undergoing new development to expand into an open system which can be used by any nominated honor ensemble (band, choir, orchestra, jazz band).

Chairperson will...

• Set up entry questions
• Set up nomination windows
• Receive nominations and select the final roster

Directors will...

• Set up student profiles
• Submit nominations
• Sponsor students
